Mitchell A. Sequeira, Sr. - Compliance
Mitch Sequeira is the chief compliance officer and is responsible for all compliance functions. Mr. Sequeira has 14 years experience as a government regulator in the areas of tax, bank and securities in the states of CA, NV and AZ. In addition to being a Tax Advisor for the CA Board of Equalization, he served as a Consultant to the CA State Senator's Office on tax matters. He also served as a Financial Institutions Examiner with the AZ Corporation Commission, Securities Division - responsible for enforcing State Securities Laws (for Brokers, Investment Advisors, and Security Fraud). He was also a successful Branch Manager at US Bank - one of the largest national banks. Mr. Sequeira earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Science, with minors in Mathematics & Science from the University of California, San Diego. Mr. Sequeira maintains licenses in Life, Health and Property/Casualty Insurance in the State of Arizona, and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
